Lenten Lunches starting on Ash Wednesday

Churches together Lenten lunches will commence on Ash Wednesday and will continue throughout Lent. They will be held as usual in the Central Methodist's Hall. Each week the lunch will be hosted by a different Church.

The first session of the five week Lenten Course will be held at St Bartholomew's at 7.30pm on February 22nd. Each week the course is to be hosted by a different Church.

Stations of the Cross every Tuesday during Lent commencing
Tuesday, February 23, 2010
Stations of the Cross will take place every Tuesday evening during Lent. Each Tuesday the Stations will be presented by a different group of people from the parish. On 23rd February the men of the parish will be the leaders.

Good Friday, Passion Play
Friday, April 02, 2010
A Passion Play will be held in the grounds of Churchfield House. Actors will take the main roles but volunteers are required to take non-speaking parts as extras. If anyone is interested in taking part please contact Peter Holden on 01254 883517.
